What is your fee structure?
Our fee structure is a flat percentage on the nightly rate in which the home is rented. We do not take a mark-up on additional guest fees, like cleaning and linens, and there are no baked in hidden fees.
Are there restrictions on how frequently I can use the home?
Nope! You are welcome to use your home as much or as little as you like. You can easily reserve owner time in your dedicated portal as long as there is not an existing booking in place.
Do you have insurance on each booking?
All of our bookings have damage protection and owner/host liability insurance, at no additional cost to you.
What vendors do you work with?
We work with top local vendors and can provide you with recommended professionals to help look after your home. If you have existing vendors you would like to continue working with, we will always do our best to accommodate.
How frequently do I receive rent payments?
Rent disbursements and owner statements are sent out on a monthly basis.
How can I access my rentals and booking information?
You will have a dedicated owner portal that provides access to all booking-related information. This portal will also store your monthly statements and enable you to block off the calendar for personal stays.
